She entered her name into the race with a focus on improving
neighbourhoods, she said standing outside City Hall after handing in her
paperwork."I want to bring back the neighbourhood so people can walk down the streets safely, kids can run up and down or play in the park," she said. "I want people to be able to ride their bikes on proper bicycle paths and not just where there is a line painted on the road."
Kumon knows it's a crowded race, but added: "I think people will fall in love with me and
realize I'm the best representative for Ward 7."
